Copyright policy
Life Tools Center respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please provide us with a written notice containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our website
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same information requirements as outlined above, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentation
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
